Refund policy

يجب تقديم طلبات الاستبدال والإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة، ويجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع وجود بطاقة المقاس.

في حالة الإرجاع، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا، والتي تبلغ 200 أو 240 جنيهًا مصريًا، حتى خلال فترات الشحن المجاني.

لن تُقبل أي طلبات بعد انقضاء هذه المدة.
لن يكون أي منتج تالف أو بدون بطاقته مؤهلًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
يُسمح بعملية واحدة فقط لكل شحنة: إما الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

يتحمل العميل أي رسوم شحن إضافية ناتجة عن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

إذا طلب العميل الإرجاع والاستبدال معًا، فسيتم قبول ذلك فقط في حال احتواء الشحنة على أكثر من منتج.

خلال عروض الشحن المجاني، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

تُصدر المبالغ المستردة فقط عبر خدمة InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash خلال 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج المُعاد والتأكد من حالته.

في حال رفض استلام الطلب أثناء الفحص بحضور مندوب التوصيل، يُفرض رسم قدره 150 جنيهًا مصريًا.

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو غير مطابق للمواصفات، نوفر لك بديلًا مجانيًا بدون أي رسوم شحن إضافية، وذلك لمدة 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.

• Exchange and Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached. 
• In case of Return, the customer bears the shipping cost to and from the destination, which will be 200 EGP or 240 EGP, even during free shipping periods.
• No requests will be accepted after the specified period.
• Any item that is damaged or missing its tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Each shipment is allowed one process only: either a return or an exchange.
• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees arising from the return or exchange.
• If the customer requests both a return and an exchange, this is only accepted if the shipment contains more than one item.
• During free-shipping promotions, the customer must cover both-way shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
• Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
• If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, a fee of 150 EGP must be paid.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
